Exchange Policy

In order to make your online shopping experience as pleasant as can be, WOW Baby offers a unique "Easy Exchange Policy" for any product that you purchase from our website. We offer our customers two options when exchanging products.

Option A) Product can be exchanged for an identical product or another product of equal value.
Option B) Product can be exchanged for a store credit to the value of the product being exchanged (less shipping expense)

WOW Baby is not just a baby store, we pride ourselves on our community like approach and our commitment to our customers will not be matched by any in this industry, after all we live to "Love Laugh and Play".

Baby Products

If you have received a product and it is not what you expected or you simply changed your mind since purchase, WOW Baby will exchange that product for you, such is our dedication to great customer service.

We do of course, for health and hygiene reasons, have some rules and restrictions that are strictly enforced by WOW Baby staff. Product exchange is only available if the following conditions are met -

- Exchange process is initiated within 14 days of purchase.
- Product has not been used and remains brand new.
- Product is not soiled in any way.
- Product is not damaged in any way.
- Product remains in original packaging where original packaging has not been altered or damaged in any way.

Baby Clothes

At WOW Baby we understand and appreciate the value of flexibility. If you have incorrectly purchased clothing whether it be the wrong size, or you just simply change your mind, we will exchange it or offer you a store credit at your request provided the following conditions are met -
- Exchange process is initiated within 14 days of purchase.
- Product is not soiled in any way.
- Product is not damaged in any way.
- Product remains in original packaging where original packaging has not been altered or damaged in any way.

Disclaimer

Due to health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange policy for change of mind on baby products that have been used, soiled, damaged, not in original packaging or where original packaging has been damaged in any way. For faulty products, please refer to our Returns Policy. Please choose carefully before you buy. WOW Baby has an extremely strong customer focus and will endeavour to assist its customers in almost every situation. However, WOW Baby reserves the right to reject any exchange if, in the opinion of WOW Baby staff, any of the above conditions are not met. The exchange process may take up to 20 business days to complete, this of course is in the worst case scenario and in most cases is completed much sooner.

The customer is responsible for all shipping/re-shipping expenditure on all product exchanges (apart from faulty goods). Before an exchanged product can be shipped, the customer must pay in full the total shipping cost of re-shipment.

How do I exchange my product?

Its easy! Just follow these simple steps and we will do our best to have your product exchanged as quickly as possible.

Step 1 - Ensure that the unwanted product satisfies all of the above mentioned conditions.

Step 2 - Send the unwanted product, along with your invoice and a note explaining the course of action you wish WOW Baby staff to take, to:

(Your note should read something like "I wish to exchange these small baby pants with a medium size" or "I wish to be issued a store credit so that I can choose a new product." etc etc)

Step 3 - Once your product is received by WOW Baby and is found to satisfy the above criteria you will be contacted via email and offered a method to pay for re-shipping the new product or issued a store credit to value of the product exchanged (less shipping) depending on the course of action you elected in your note at step 2.

Step 4 - Pay for the shipping cost via the method outlined in the email your received, or, use your store credit to purchase a new product from our huge range of quality baby products.
