Q. How much does delivery cost?
A. The delivery costs are dependant on the delivery location and is, in most cases, calculated automatically. You can get an estimated delivery cost by using the "Estimate Shipping" tool which is visible when you view your cart. Please be aware that bulky items will incur a higher shipping charge when delivered outside of the Sydney Metropolitan area.

Q. Where does WOW Baby deliver to?
A. We deliver to most areas in Australia, business addresses and also residential address. We do not deliver to PO BOXES because of the size of our packages. We do not ship products internationally.
 
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Delivery within Australia generally takes anywhere between 3-10 working days. If your order is delayed due to an emergency stock shortage, you will be contacted by one of our friendly staff. If you need stock urgently please contact us to discuss options. On the rare occasion that we are unable to fulfill your order we will gladly refund your money or offer you a store credit, which ever you choose.

Q. Can I pick-up my order?
A. Sorry, our warehouse is not equipped for public access at this point in time so unfortunately no pick-up’s are allowed. However in the near future we will be offering pick up service.

Q. Will I receive an email confirming my order?
A. Yes. Your email will be collected on checkout which will be used to issue you with an order confirmation and shipment confirmations. Your tracking number will be included with your shipment confirmation email.

Q. Will I receive an email to advise that my order has been dispatched?
A. Yes. As above, you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will include a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You will be able to use that tracking number to locate your order at any time.
