If you believe you have received a faulty product, WOWBaby.com.au will be happy to exchange the product free of charge or refund the full value of the product if it is found to indeed be faulty upon inspection by WOWBaby.com.au. Shipping costs of sending the faulty product back to WOWBaby.com.au for inspection will not be refunded.
WOWBaby.com.au is happy to arrange an exchange or offer a store credit subject to the terms and conditions below. However please note WOWBaby.com.au does not offer Cash Refunds for non-faulty products.
Product Returns, Refunds & Warranty
A 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY is offered on faulty products, from the date in which you purchase your product. WOWBaby.com.au does not offer satisfaction guarantees on any of its products, however due to our high customer service priority, we will always endeavour to keep our customers happy and satisfied.

You must notify WOWBaby.com.au within 14 days from date of product purchase to be eligible for any exchange or credit.
The customer shall be responsible for shipping costs for all warranty and returns.
Return of goods will only be considered if unused and returned in original packaging. WOWBaby.com.au reserves the right to refuse any Return if in the opinion of WOWBaby.com.au the goods have been used or soiled in any way.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
Including the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product, will help us tremendously. Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will help us to quickly resolve the issue, should we need to contact you.
Before returning your product:
Before returning a faulty product, we may first ask you to follow a few simple testing points as follows.
- Read the instructions carefully again
- Ask for support from a friend or family member to assist you
- Make sure the batteries have been inserted correctly
- Ask for support by one of our friendly staff who will try and assist you in the right direction
