Australia Post is currently experiencing high delivery delays. 

Click and Collect service is available from our warehouse at Level 1, Unit 2, 29 Tarmac Way, Pakenham - 3810 VIC on Weekdays between 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturdays from 9.00am to 12.00pm. 

Place your order on the website and select pick-up order. Then email customerservice@wowbaby.com.au with your order number to organise a suitable time for pick-up.
