Wow Baby delivers Australia wide.
How much will delivery cost?
All orders over $150 receive free delivery Australia wide*, except for large items.
Orders up to $150 are $13 flat rate
Large items are $40 flat rate due to the size and weight.
There may be exceptions to this free delivery or flat rate offer where specified.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Products purchased from Wow Baby and listed as ‘’in stock’’ are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order. Once dispatched you will receive a consignment number by email so you can track the delivery of your purchase.
All items are shipped via Australia Post eParcel or Couriers Please services and can take between 1-14 business days from the day of dispatch to be delivered, depending on the location within Australia.
Items are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse, peak times (eg.Christmas) may incur a delay with goods being delivered.

LOCAL DELIVERY
We deliver within a 5km radius of Pakenham for $10 for all orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For all items up to 2kg, flat rate shipping applies of $50 per order. For items between 2kg and 4kg, shipping is $70.
Some larger items are not available for international shipping.
Please contact us for shipping quote for any items over 2kg at customerservice@wowbaby.com.au and we will get a custom quote for you prior to your order.
DELIVERY QUESTIONS
Are deliveries insured?
Yes, all deliveries are insured with one of Australia’s major freight insurance agencies.
Can I select my delivery day/time?
If you require your product to be delivered on a particular day, we will happily arrange this; please send us an email to customerservice@wowbaby.com.au or give us a call on +61 3 7009 0708 once you have made your order.
What if no-one is home to accept the delivery?
Items are delivered via the Australia Post network. If delivery is missed a card will be left with instructions on how to claim your order, usually from your local post office. Re delivery charges may apply.
Can I collect my order?
All products are available for delivery only.
What happens if my order is damaged on arrival?
Please inspect goods upon delivery. If there is any apparent damage to the carton, please indicate this to the driver at the time of delivery, and make note of it when signing for your package. Failure to do so may void insurance.
If upon opening the package the product inside is damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting customerservice@wowbaby.com.au.
